What data we collect
Name, email address, business name, and message content submitted through our contact form. Basic website analytics (anonymised, no cookies).

To respond to your enquiry and provide our services.

Consent (you submitted the form). Legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries).
Who we share data with
Formspree (processes form submissions — their privacy policy applies). If you become a client, your business data may be processed through Anthropic’s Claude API under their data processing agreement. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions: 24 months. Client data: duration of service agreement plus 12 months.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You can also object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us.
Cookies
We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking.
